Real talk, Lushies! We have absolutely LOVED seeing your faces back in our shop but have received some push back complying with our safety guidelines. It is absolutely mandatory, for the safety of our staff and the other folks in the shop, that you wear a face mask. Your mask must completely cover your mouth and nose, and stay on the entire time that you’re in the shop. In accordance with the CDC, vented masks, bandanas and face shields do NOT count as acceptable face co...verings. If needed, we can offer you a face mask at the door. If this is not something you can commit to, you can shop with us with our Buy Online Pick Up In Store option. You can also opt for contactless Curbside Pick-Up where we will bring your order out to you, or come to the door to pick up! Our shop is small, and we are operating at a reduced capacity which means that we cannot accommodate large groups anymore. We ask that you please shop solo whenever possible. Hey Albany Lushies, we are SO excited to announce the next phase of our alternative shopping. Our store will start allowing shoppers into the store (in a limited capacity), tomorrow, September 14th - and this means that you will FINALLY be able to come in! How does it work? 1. Come to the shop, where you will be directed by a staff member to come in or wait in line. All shoppers (including children) are required to wear a mask, pulled all the way up over your mouth and nose,... in the shop at all times. 2. Wash your hands! We will be handing out soap when you enter, and it is required to wash if you plan on touching products. 3. In accordance with social distancing guidelines, we please ask that you stay on designated makers on the shop floor ensuring 6 feet of separation between yourself, other shoppers and staff. 4. There will not be testers on the shop floor, so opening bottled or potted products is strictly prohibited for the safety of all. Things might also look a bit different as we've limited our product displays to ensure that you are always getting fresh items straight from the box. And you can expect these additional safety precautions from our team: we will not be offering demos, food and beverages will not be allowed in the shop, our staff will be staying a safe distance away from you at all times, we will be wiping down all payment tools like pin pads after each use, and each team member will be wearing masks. We are so excited to get you your favorite Lush products while keeping everyone safe. And don't worry, we're still offering our contactless pickup options if you do not want to come inside the shop!
